Acid protease abstracts from fermentation of Aspergillus niger. Under low PH value, it can effectively hydrolyze protein. Acid protease be widely used in ethanol, baijiu, beer, brewage, food processing, feedstuffand etc.

When use acid protease in fermentation, due to high speed of fermentation and rise of temperature, it should be strictly controlled temperature below 40℃ orit will lost effect.
It should wash with water for at least 15 minutes in case of contact with skin and eyes.
