Alkaline amylase is a kind of alpha-amylase, incision glucosidase. It can hydrolyze starch into short chain dextrine and a small quantity oflow molecular saccharide and rapidly reduce viscosity of starch.
The function of alkaline amylase as follows:
It can effectively decompose starch polysaccharide remains and remove dirt on fabric.
Alkaline amylase can improve washing effect at 30℃. For better effect, alkaline amylase can be used with other detergents.
2. Product Instruction
It can hydrolyze starch intooligomerization glucose.
Temperature range: 30-65℃; PH value range: 5.0-10.0; Full dissolubility.
Activity of amylase(MNU): under the condition of 70℃, PH 5.7, it tested for the effect for amylase substrate.
4. Usage Guide
3-10 g alkaline amylase for 100 kgs (it can be used with other enzymes for detergent);
Recommendation: sample test should be made before bulk production.
Alpha-amylase can catalyze and hydrolyze starch which can rapidly reduce the viscosity of starch, so amylase also is called liquefaction amylase. Alpha-amylase can hydrolyze amylose,a-1,4glucosidic bond ofgranulose. If only use amylase, it will generatea small amount of glucose.
6.Packing and Storage
Standard packing: 30 kg/polyster barrel
Keep in a place of dry and room temperature, it should be better under 20℃;the loss of activity will not more than 10% each year.
7. Points for Attention
Alkaline amylase is nonflammable and can be mixed with water in any proportion. Please wear protective articles (respirator, glasses and etc) in operation. Avoid direct inhalation and direct contact for sensitive skin, if protease into eye with careless, please wash at once.
